Workday Instructional Designer:
Job responsibilities:
These two resources will support article and video development in Workday Help. In addition, they may be producing videos to also support the HCM Job Aid work. We need folks that are very seasoned in video development and/or experienced in Sunday Sky.
Need candidates with:
o Healthcare background
o WorkDay articles experience, specifically in video development or Sunday Sky.
o Re-do articles posted via text, links, direct access, video, instructional videos, etc.
o The articles house step-by-step instructions including FAQs, Open Enrollment info., Case Management, workarounds for complex situations
o Content management
o media creation
o Project management experience
o knowledge-based management
o multi-media content for articles
o new engine search for WorkDay
o "co-pilot" to create content development
o AI
o Instructional design
Other information:
Take articles to SME to get feedback and validation
Be consultative
