Job Summary As the ultimate leader of their store, a Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the retail store performance, ensuring that all areas of the store are engaged, achieving key results, and delivering a world-class guest experience. Store Managers are responsible for hiring and developing people and creating an environment where team members feel a deep sense of belonging and have the opportunity to grow. Core Responsibilities of the Job Leadership and People Management Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture. Establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives. Manage the store’s hiring strategy to build a strong and diverse team. Support ongoing learning and development of all team members. Address employee concerns and issues appropriately. Guest Experience and Community Lead an exceptional guest experience through assessing and supporting team members. Manage and direct in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience. Address emergent issues, including guest escalations. Establish and increase brand awareness in the community. Plan and execute local community projects and initiatives. Operations, Product, and Strategy Drive overall store visual merchandising and product strategy. Manage sell-through and ensure accuracy of inventory counts. Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal planning for the store. Manage the store's profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with goals. Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business. Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures. Budget Responsibility Accountable for controllable budget and annual sales plan target. People Management Responsible for managing all other store leadership roles. Ultimately responsible for hiring and terminating store employees. Interactive Communication: Conveys information effectively. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store. Must have reliable transportation to the assigned store. Schedule/Availability Variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience 1 year of people management experience. 1 year managing business operations and administration. Job Assets High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2 years of retail or sales management experience. Work Context Environment with bright lights and loud music. Work as part of a team and independently. Involves managing conflict and building relationships. May involve using computers or technical devices. Involves moving through the store for most of a shift. May involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range : $83,215 - $112,585/annually Target Bonus: 30% Total Target Base Pay Range : $108,180 - $146,361/annually At lululemon, investing in our people is a top priority.
