Job Description:

We’re looking for a Barista to join our team at Crossings Cafe Starbucks. As a Barista, you’ll be the face of Starbucks, crafting delicious beverages and offering outstanding service to our customers. Whether it’s brewing a perfect espresso, customizing a drink to perfection, or providing a welcoming environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and accurately follow orders.
• Engage with customers to build connections and enhance the cafe experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn and master the Starbucks menu and special promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for coffee, food, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
