Education & Experience

  • Master's Degree (Optional): While not always mandatory, a master's degree in business administration (MBA), product management, or a related field can be advantageous, especially for more senior positions. An MBA can provide a deeper understanding of business strategy, leadership, and management principles.
  • Product Management Experience: Extensive experience in product management is essential, typically ranging from 8 to 12 years or more, depending on the organization's requirements. This experience should encompass various aspects of product development, launch, and management across different industries and product types.
