Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage our audience, and achieve our marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
    • Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to engage them effectively.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Produce, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.)
    • Collaborate with our SEO and on site team to ensure visually appealing posts.
    • Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers’ comments, messages, and mentions.
    • Build and nurture relationships with the online community and influencers.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay Updated:
    • Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Experiment with new formats and platforms to enhance engagement.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with our team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
    • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, or freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • A desire to learn and a drive to succeed will take precedence over experience
