Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary driver of shuttle bus to/from airport and rental location(s)
- Inspection and using RECORD360 for all vehicles returned by customers
- Assist in keeping company yards in good order to include: keeping entrance clean; emptying trash; etc.
- Assist in keeping all company yards in good order including: no company cars in employee parking; company vehicles are organized properly; move vehicles in order to insure maximum efficiency of drivers, etc.
- When requested, assist in the transfer company vehicles between locations based on reservations, returns, service, etc. requirements
- Assist, as needed, in the cleaning of vehicles - including Inspection and documentation of all vehicles – both incoming and outgoing using RECORD360
- Assist in pick up/transfer of purchased vehicles from port of entry to designated location
- Any and all other tasks related to the daily operations of the Fleet Service Department
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL SERVICE ATTENDANTS TO ENSURE OUTGOING VEHICLES ARE PROPERLY SERVICED AND SAFE TO RENT TO THE PUBLIC
Other duties and responsibilities:
- Be fully informed of all company policies & procedures and adhere to same
- Respond to management requests for assistance based on experience, history and knowledge of company operations as pertains to fleet operations and general company operations
Requirements:- Valid USVI Driver's License
