Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Location: Memphis, TN

Salary: $68,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE)

Employment Type: Full-Time

A growing and dynamic property management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee multiple properties in the Memphis, TN area. This is a leadership role ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in property operations, team development, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across multiple properties to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI)
• Motivate and manage on-site teams to achieve performance goals
• Drive leasing efforts and execute effective marketing strategies
• Deliver exceptional resident service and resolve tenant concerns promptly
• Train and mentor staff while fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure properties are compliant with company policies and regulations
• Utilize property management software (OneSite preferred) for operations and reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of property management experience in a managerial role
• Demonstrated experience increasing NOI and improving property performance
• Strong marketing and leasing background
• Proven team leadership and training abilities
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite experience a plus)
• Committed to delivering excellent customer and resident service

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ($68,000–$75,000, depending on experience)
