Through collaboration across multiple functions, the team provides guidance and influences decision making to envision the best possible product. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate, you will utilize a set of modern software tools and follow a structured/logical problem-solving approach and Agile development practices to present and drive recommendations and set agreed upon solutions into motion. In this capacity, your role will consist of a mix of project management, process engineering, problem solver, internal consulting and hands-on analysis and development to support implementation and maintenance of integrated business and technology initiatives. Job responsibilities Partner with functional peers and stakeholders to elicit and refine business requirements and translate business needs into effective solutions. Perform analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of desired solution while maintaining a 100% traceable end to end process using a variety of queries and software development tools Contribute to the execution of ad-hoc business requests including querying and analysis of data, operational workflows and system configuration to support financial, operational or control inquiries Become a subject matter expert and trusted partner/advisor on business and technical processes, recovery applications and treatment strategy to our internal customers. Define and present recommendations and positively influence direction to the team group and cross-functional customers at all levels of the organization Maintain functional and technical product documents, tools and system files owned by the team Explore new data sources, software development methodologies and business best practices to drive ideas to help move the organization forward. In collaboration with your peers, drive internal process improvements to enhance strategic agility and speed-to-market while building the appropriate controls to yield higher quality solutionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the following areas - Engineering, Operations and Quality Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems Minimum of 2 extensive business and technical system analysis and process engineering or 5 years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience Proficient with Structured query language (SQL), Statistical Analysis System (SAS) or another programming language and Oracle/Teradata databases Familiar with business requirements management and Agile Scrum methodology. Direct involvement within a scrum team environment and working knowledge of SharePoint and Atlassian JIRA/Confluence tools preferred Highly organized and driven individual, inquisitive, effective problem solver, clear communicator, able to work independently and strive for outstanding results and continuous improvement Strong project management skills, well-organized, logical and structured approach to support deliverables. Ability to achieve tight timelines on complex assignments while managing multiple initiatives and priorities at a time Positive culture carrier: evidence of leadership, attention to detail, highly motivated and positive team player
