As the Senior Fitness Director, you will oversee the operations and strategy of our Personal Training department. You’ll play a vital role in shaping a culture of excellence while ensuring your team meets performance goals and provides world-class service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the recruitment, training, and development of top-tier Personal Trainers
• Drive sales performance and exceed monthly revenue and retention goals
• Assess client needs and strategically assign them to the right trainers
• Mentor and motivate trainers through regular performance coaching and workshops
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, including punctuality, professionalism, and presentation
• Represent JF Fitness at community and promotional events to increase visibility and engagement
• Use fitness expertise to elevate program quality and consistency across the board
• Monitor schedules, payroll, and time tracking for operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in fitness management (3+ years preferred)
• Strong background in personal training and fitness programming
• A passion for coaching and mentoring fitness professionals
• Experience in achieving sales targets and managing departmental budgets
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry software and systems (ABC, dotFIT, VFP, etc.)
