Senior Database Administrator with a minimum of 7 years of experience, particularly in Microsoft SQL Server and cloud-based technologies. This role is ideal for someone with advanced database development expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Managed Instances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize databases.

• Build and maintain ETL processes with SSIS and Azure Data Factory.

• Conduct performance tuning and query optimization using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Develops, orchestrates, and leads database migration strategy to the cloud (Azure).

• Craft complex packages, stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints, etc.

• Collaborate on database architecture for both on-premises and cloud solutions.

• Support database operations, including backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure and on-premises SQL environments.

• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Provide reporting support with analytics tools like Power BI.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of SQL Server and Azure database experience.

• Advanced  T-SQL and query optimization.

• Experience  with Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Azure SQL Managed Instances.

• Experience in  Power BI , DevOps practices, and high availability solutions.
