• This float RN position requires travel within a 1-hour radius of your home clinic, offering competitive pay, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement.
  
• Provide compassionate outpatient dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, building long-term relationships in a supportive team environment.
  
• No prior dialysis experience needed; training is provided, possibly at a different facility or training clinic, with flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Responsibilities include patient observation, stats measurement, machine setup, and collaborating with PCTs to deliver individualized care.
