Adecco is assisting a local Manufacturer who is seeking a **Receiving Associate** in the **Seabrook, NH** area! This is a temp-to-hire position offering additional incentives and overtime!

**SCHEDULE / PAY:**

Monday Friday from 8:30AM 5:00PM - $20/HR **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Receives goods and verifies the count of all items unloaded from deliveries
• Maintains database of inventory data to ensure that vendor orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required
• Partner with Quality to ensure incoming product meet requirements
• Verifies part specifications
• Conducts daily safety checks
• Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data in company database
• Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
• Record and return damaged products to senders
• Maintains tidiness and organization of warehouse
• Performs other related duties as assigned

**NECESSARY SKILLS:**

• Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received
• Ability to convert between units of measurements
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Data entry skills
• Strong reading and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports
