Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products by acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure the product delivers maximum value and aligns with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to understand market needs, customer expectations, and business goals.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and valuable product delivery.
• Write clear and actionable User Stories , Acceptance Criteria , and maintain well-groomed backlogs.
• Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on stakeholder feedback, technical constraints, and market changes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Gather requirements from internal teams, clients, and end-users to shape product features.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters , Developers , Designers , and QA teams during sprints.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Ensure the development team understands the What and Why behind product requirements.
• Monitor product performance through metrics and user feedback.
• Manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Identify areas of improvement and help define future product development initiatives.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor analysis to keep the product relevant and innovative.
• Advocate for the end-user experience and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similar.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with UI/UX teams , developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in product ownership within eCommerce, SaaS, FinTech, or Digital Transformation industries.
