• Nightclub Manager duties include Monitor supplies and inventory to make sure they’re used properly and efficiently and that we adhere to the store budget.
• Assign duties to crew members and create work schedules especially for the venue.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Direct administrative activities.
• Look over financials, sales reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Engage in opportunities that can add to overall workplace accomplishments.

Nightclub Manager Skills and Qualifications

• An associate degree or college education in restaurant and hospitality management or institutional food service management
• At least three years of experience with a dining establishment and or nightclub
• Leadership and time-management skills
• Knowledge of proper money, liquor & food handling techniques and procedures
• Demonstrated customer and personal service skills
