Utilize Solid Modeling CAD software (Creo or SolidWorks) to create models, drawings, and bills of materials for plastic injection molds. Conduct part model analysis, mass properties calculations, and interference checks using CAD software. Complete injection and structural foam mold designs based on OEM-supplied part models, focusing on cost-effective and robust designs. Qualifications: High School Diploma with progress towards an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year of related experience/training; or a combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion for safety and the ability to teach and mentor others. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
