Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - Build strong relationships with families. Grow Memberships - Handle enrollments, retention & communication. Run Fun Events - Birthdays, camps, and community events! Manage Daily Operations - Keep things running smoothly. Lead & Develop a Team - Hire, train & inspire enthusiastic instructors. • Leadership, management, or customer service experience (bonus: kids' activities/gymnastics).
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Comfortable coaching & leading classes.
• Available evenings & weekends (when the fun happens!).
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (spotting kids for safety).
