Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned Graphic Design professionals. Interns will be immersed in the various functions of the business that contribute to the broader scope of the Design model, gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas. As the Graphic Design Intern, you will work with both print and digital teams to complete various creative tasks that span across multiple channels. These tasks could include assisting on email and catalog creation, building html email campaigns, digital advertising, helping with site creative, and assisting where needed on social creative. You will work closely with Art and Copy partners to see a project through from start to finish. During the internship you will support the team with future brand development and internal & external campaign execution.
This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon - Thurs). The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week.
