Our client, a leader in the equipment rental industry, is seeking an Equipment Associate II to join their team. As an Equipment Associate II, you will be part of the operations supporting customer satisfaction and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service focus, effective communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate II

Location: Ashland, VA

Pay Range: $20/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel engaged in meeting customer's needs.
• Assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental.
• Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries about equipment.
• Load and unload rental equipment while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Forklift certificate is required.
• Eager to learn and grow within the organization.
