What You'll Do:

Lead Encompass implementation projects, ensuring they meet business goals and regulations.
Configure the platform with custom forms, workflows, and reporting tools.
Analyze existing processes and design efficient workflows within the software.
Provide technical support during and after project implementation.
Train users and develop clear documentation for smooth adoption of the platform.
Manage projects effectively, keeping track of deadlines and deliverables.
Who You Are:

A rockstar with at least 1 year of experience implementing, customizing, and supporting Encompass in the mortgage industry.
A whiz at configuring business rules, custom forms, and advanced reporting.
You understand the mortgage loan origination process inside and out.
A problem-solver who can identify and fix software issues with ease.
A project management pro who can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
