Your Day-to-Day Impact as our Cheif Medical Officer
(CMO) - Mentor and support local physicians and APPs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.
- Partner with operational teams to lead the implementation of clinical programs.
- Drive improvement by establishing measurable objectives and strategic plans.
- Build a culture of continuous feedback and accountability to improve performance.
- Be a key player in market growth initiatives, including the recruitment of new physicians and APPs.
- Support contract negotiations with payer partners and other network development activities.
What You Bring to the Table as the Cheif Medical Officer
(CMO) - A passion for primary care-led models and a track record of delivering improved clinical outcomes.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- A hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to drive performance and results.
- A medical degree (MD/DO) and significant experience in leading clinical teams within a matrixed structure.
