Campaign Manager

Location: Remote - Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid preferred - open to remote in region)

The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and seamless delivery of campaigns sold by the Sales team. This includes both managed-service and self-service campaigns across a variety of media products. The role requires strategic oversight, campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, with a focus on client success and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and execution for managed and self-service campaigns, serving as a consultative media expert.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in media planning, audience targeting, and ad platform activation across digital channels.
  • Represent media strategy and execution in client and agency meetings, providing guidance on audience strategy, campaign optimization, and platform best practices.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of media channels, including paid search, programmatic display (onsite/offsite), direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), digital OOH, and in-store activations.
  • Apply full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with client objectives—awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop data-driven media proposals that align with client KPIs.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and represent Campaign Management in broader organizational efforts.
  • Lead performance reviews and campaign reporting, offering actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental revenue in partnership with Sales, based on campaign performance and test-and-learn programs.
  • Collaborate with Media Insights teams on measurement and campaign analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign execution from pre-sale through post-sale, adhering to internal QA standards and SLAs.
  • Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, delivering excellent client service.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to traffic campaigns across various ad platforms (onsite, offsite, search, social, in-store).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital media campaign management, optimization, or operations across paid search, programmatic, display, and social media platforms.
  • Strong grasp of digital metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, New Buyers) and ability to apply media math to inform decisions.
  • Client-facing experience with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Eagerness to learn new platforms and media strategies with a critical, adaptable mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint (visual storytelling), and Outlook.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.
