To help keep up with this growth we are adding a Brand Manager for our EcoSense products (Home-Care, Laundry-Care) Overview The Brand Manager will assist in helping to architect the future vision of the EcoSense Category of brands and help implement a cohesive and overarching marketing strategy. The Brand Manager will work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and the SVP of Marketing in building and creating developmentally inspired products and brands for the Melaleuca Community. He/She will be a brand steward and creative leader who will ensure direct communication with the consumer to protect and preserve the brand integrity via outstanding and differentiated product development, grass roots and customer adapted campaigns. They will work with Digital Marketing and Social Media in creating a consistent brand experience for creative visual merchandising. Key expectations include: + Assist in the leadership of the annual Marketing Plan and process: leading the implementation of an integrated global marketing strategy and plan across their assigned categories to drive business decisions grounded in consumer insights. + Execute on the marketing plan of each marketing element and each assigned product line + Integrate the marketing plan with the sales plan to form one overarching plan. + Create a shared accountability with the Director and Senior Vice President of Marketing relative to brand revenue and profit targets. + Drive Marketing execution: Bringing a highly developed professional approach to the marketing function via use of consumer insights, developing To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
