FCB is currently seeking a new Board Member. The Board will support the work of FCB and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by FCBs Director, the Board-Director relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected.

Future Cycle Breakers (FCB) is a 501c3 organization empowering youth to break the cycle of generational poverty by becoming bold leaders and entrepreneurs. Our programs provide an environment for fostering a positive mindset, and self-development with a focus on building confidence, exploring individual purpose, creating a safe space for sharing personal stories, developing connections with mentors and peers, valuing oneself, taking risks, and discovering unique strengths.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about FCBs mission and who has a track record of board leadership. Selected Board Members will have achieved leadership stature in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector. His/her accomplishments will allow him/her to attract other well-qualified, high-performing Board Members.
