Job Description

Addison Behavioral Resources is growing and we are committed to increasing the independence in individuals with disabilities through the provision of intensive services based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We are currently hiring motivated, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our team of highly skilled professionals. We are accepting resumes for both full-time and part-time BCBA Certified Supervisors. We are looking for individuals with a passion for ABA, an enthusiasm to learn, and an interest in starting and growing in a rewarding career! Responsibilities
* Employee shall provide ABA supervision, training, and support to staff and clients, and will complete other duties assigned by the employee’s supervisor.
* Creation of individualized client treatment programs and program agendas. Training all employees and family members in the proper procedures to effectively implement the treatment programs and maintain consistency across therapists;
* Interface professionally and compassionately with the families, while maintaining professional boundaries.
* Creation of staff training plan. Training all employees in accordance with the program design and at manager’s direction in order to implement each client’s behavioral treatment plan. Determining work techniques to be used by other employees, and conducting performance evaluations on employees, as directed by manager;
* Providing for the safety of employees and clients through creation and implementation of non-aversive behavioral techniques (no restraints to be used) and timely reporting of suspected abuse and neglect of all children, dependent adults, and/or seniors in client’s homes;
* Supervise direct interventionists working with clients that can be engage in various forms of problem behaviors, such as: verbal and physical aggression, eloping, verbal and physical disruption, self-injury, and/or property destruction.
* Enforcing Employer’s policies and procedures;
* Prepare accurate and timely reports
* Attending management meetings or planning team meetings as directed by Supervisor;
* Maintaining open and timely communication with other agencies who serve the same clients, in accordance with company policies and HIPAA.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Masters Degree in ABA, psychology, communication disorders, education, child development, or related field
* Current BCBA Certification or in process
* Working knowledge of ABA principles and various ABA approaches
* DOJ/FBI clearance
* Valid California Driver's license
* Reliable transportation & valid automobile insurance
