As a Barback, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and enhancing the overall ambiance for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to support the bartenders in their tasks, such as stocking the bar with essential supplies, replenishing glassware, and ensuring that ingredients are readily available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Operations: Ensures that the bartender has everything they need to craft outstanding drinks and provide prompt service.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a keen focus on detail in bar top setup, stocking the bar with essential supplies, keeping glassware readily available, and maintaining a well-organized bar area.
• Effective Communication: Possesses excellent communication abilities with team members, and management, ensuring coordination and a flow of service.
• Collaborative Spirit : Work together with team members across various roles, that contributes to a smooth dining experience for our guests.
