One of Fortune's Best Places to Work, this leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Attorney with at least seven years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions, including:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements for ad agencies, influencers, celebrity endorsements, sponsorships, and online media buying
• Reviewing ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, IP, and right of publicity issues
• Counseling on contest and sweepstakes compliance, price advertising, recurring subscription programs, and loyalty/rewards programs

Compensation:

• The compensation range for this position is between $295,000 and $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Candidate Parameters:

• At least seven years of relevant experience in advertising law, marketing transactions, and consumer protection
• Excellent academic credentials and legal writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in a law firm environment preferred, but not required
• Experience in false advertising, unfair competition, and National Advertising Division dispute work is a plus
